JOIN US AS A VENDOR AT THE 2026 PACIFIC NORTHWEST ENDURANCE RIDES CONVENTION IN PENDLETON
Join us for a great opportunity to market your products to endurance riders from the Northwest! Our members are folks with disposable income, and a never-ending need for horse-related items, from saddles and tack, to gift items, jewelry, clothing, and more.
Pacific Northwest Endurance Rides (PNER) members will be gathering Feb. 20-21, 2026, at Wild Horse Resort & Casino in Pendleton, Oregon, for our annual convention. Besides learning more about our sport of long-distance riding and celebrating award winners, we love to shop – and that’s where you come in!
We’d love to have you join us as a vendor at our trade show. PNER is a nonprofit organization with nearly 300 members in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Western Montana, and a portion of Western Canada.
Our trade show is free to attendees and open to the public, and we advertise with other horse-related groups to extend our reach beyond the endurance community. Our popular used tack sale and raffle (both on the trade show floor) draw foot traffic. We expect to see lots of horsey folks eager to buy everything from pottery and gift cards to clothing and tack.
TRADE SHOW PRICES (DUE BY SET UP, see below for payment options*):
One booth with one 8-foot table: $85
Two booths with two 8-foot tables: $150
Nonprofit organizations (AERC, OET, EDRA, AHA, etc.): One table, FREE

RAFFLE: We are seeking donations for the PNER Raffle, a great way to showcase your company or products. The PNER Raffle is a fundraiser for educational programs, as well as trail work in our region. Let us know you're donating to the raffle by the end of January, and we'll include you in our brochure's advertising and as a donor on the website.
Trade show set up and tear down schedule: Set up begins at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, and teardown is at 3 p.m. Saturday.

Convention site: Wild Horse Resort and Casino, 800-694-5493. PNER has a block with a special rate ($135 Thursday, $153 Friday and Saturday, plus tax); use booking code BKG670. If you are coming in an RV or living quarters trailer, RV parking (with plug-ins) is available for $48 Thursday and $53 Friday/Saturday.
